Subsidiaries of Unidevelopment, part of the Unibep Group – UNI 10 and UNI 11 – have purchased adjacent land properties with a total area of 1.2 hectares in Gdynia Chylonia for a net price of PLN 13.55 million, Unibep said. The acquired properties will be used for the implementation of Phase I of a multi-phase development project, which is expected to include a total of about 780 residential units. The project is scheduled to start in the fourth quarter of 2024.
Unibep operates in various segments of the construction industry. It is a general contractor in Poland, with a strong position as a builder of residential estates and cubic structures, and working in the energy and industrial segment. For years, the company has had a modular house factory in Poland (it sells them mainly to the German market and to Scandinavian countries), and is active in infrastructure (building roads and bridges, viaducts and other engineering structures) mainly in northeastern Poland. The company – through Unidevelopment – is also active in real estate development in Warsaw, Poznań, Radom and the Tri-City. Unibep has been listed on the WSE since 2008. Its consolidated sales revenues reached PLN 2,258 million in 2022.
