Build Corp, the company from Iasi that built most of the real estate projects developed by Iulius Group, increased its business almost three times in 2022, reaching RON 255 million. The result comes after, a year ago, business had fallen below RON 100 million compared to RON 186 million in 2020.
The profit of RON 13.1 million in 2022 was also decreasing, but the number of employees increased by almost 20, up to 92.
For the major project that Iulius is preparing now in Cluj-Napoca, Build Corp could also handle the construction, as Iulius representatives estimated in the spring.
