AFI Europe has started the construction of a retail park on the approximately 8-hectare land it bought 15 years ago.
The project will occupy a built area of 30,600 sqm and a leasable area of 29,400 sqm, on one level, served by 950 above-ground parking spaces. Currently, the occupancy rate of the project is 70 percent.
McDonald’s opened the first Drive-Thru restaurant in the city as part of the project, and other future tenants will also arrive in the city for the first time on this occasion. Among them are the Carrefour hypermarket (with a leasable area of 5,800 sqm), the DIY store Leroy Merlin (with a leasable area of 9,000 sqm), Media Galaxy (3,000 sqm) and Decathlon (2,000 sqm).
The mall will open to the public in the second half of 2023.
