URW launches the Westfield brand at Galeria Mokotów, Warsaw

The expansion of the Westfield chain in Spain, Sweden and Poland is an unparalleled opportunity for brands and tenants to deepen relationships with millions of customers around the world. Galeria Mokotów, as the second shopping center in Poland, will join the elite group of Westfield shopping centers at the end of September, assuming the name of Westfield Mokotów.

On Thursday, May 19, 2022, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) announced its plans to further expand the Westfield brand and rebrand three European malls this fall: Parquesur in Madrid, Taby Centrum in Stockholm and one of the most popular shopping centers in Poland – Galeria Mokotów in Warsaw.

The announced rebranding of three flagship European destinations is a continuation of the Westfield brand development in Europe. The company increases its revenue by offering advertising activities and non-standard promotional solutions for individual brands, providing them with a huge number of quality recipients (approximately 550 million throughout Europe). Additionally, the significant value of this brand for tenants is an average 20% higher turnover generated by Westfield centers compared to other A-category shopping centers.
