City Grill will open a restaurant in Brasov, after renting the location of the former Cerbul Carpatin restaurant from the Brasov company Aro Palace, according to market sources, confirmed by the hotel company’s management.
Cerbul Carpatin is a historical monument, being inscribed in the List of Historical Monuments in Brașov County. The building dates from the 16th century.
City Grill Group has about 20 restaurants under several brands such as City Grill, Buongiorno, Pescăruș and Caru ’cu Bere, about 1,000 employees and a business of about EUR 26 million in 2021.
