Retailer Leroy Merlin announces the opening of the second store in Brasov, the new store in the Astra neighborhood being the 20th unit of the retailer’s network in Romania. According to the company’s representatives, the store in Brașov will open on May 13, 2022.
“The decision to open a second store in the city came as a result of the growing demand for DIY products, supported by ongoing construction projects, but also by the interest of Brasov residents to arrange and renovate their homes or other properties, especially since Brașov is also a tourist city,” said Frédéric Lamy, CEO of Leroy Merlin Romania.
The new unit will have over 100 employees, of which 80 have already been recruited.
