BNP Paribas Bank Polska introduces the first mortgage loan in Poland with a 10-year fixed interest rate, the bank said. The offer still includes a loan with a 5-year fixed interest rate, and the interest rate in both variants is the same.
After the expiry of the fixed interest rate period, the bank allows it to be extended for another period according to the fixed rate offer, which will then apply, or to switch to a variable rate based on 3M WIBOR and with a fixed margin, already specified in the loan agreement.
