Israeli company BIG Shopping Centers signed an agreement to acquire Delta City Mall Podgorica in Montenegro for EUR 95 million. BIG Shopping Centers will acquire the company via CEE-BIG BV, in which it holds a 95 percent stake, and will use a bank loan to finance EUR 57 million of the purchase price.
