Zeneris Projects is working on an installation intended for prosumers, the purpose of which will be to optimize energy consumption in households using photovoltaics, informed Mariusz Kostrzewa, president of Zeneris Projekty.
“The market for prosumer solar farms is expected to slow down due to the change in the regulations on the settlement of energy from micro-installations. At the same time, with these energy price increases, there is a common opinion that prosumer energy will continue to develop. Therefore, by not being a de facto player in In this segment, we took steps to develop a system that will optimize energy consumption and management at the level of a small prosumer,” said Kostrzewa.
At the turn of the year, the company made a test installation.
“If our devices prove to be successful, we will want to offer them on the market. This system is to lead, above all, to an increase in the level of self-consumption, so that the prosumer sells as little energy as possible to the distribution network at an undetermined price,” explained the president.
In December 2021, the president signed an amendment to the act on renewable energy sources (RES), which assumes that the current discount system will be replaced with a net-billing model for energy billing for new prosumers entering the market after April 1, 2022.
Zeneris Projekt implements investments in hydropower and photovoltaic installations for its clients. At the same time, Zeneris is also a design office in the field of hydraulic engineering. The company also designs flood protection measures for local governments and industrial facilities. The company has been listed on NewConnect since November 2021.
