Manat Magnum, the owner of the boutique hotel Hacienda De Mare, has put up for sale a plot of land with an area of 13,690 sqm in the 23 August resort, near the Costinesti resort at the seaside.
The land allows a residential development with a total built area of over 24,000 sqm. The maximum allowed land occupation is 35 percent, and the height regime is a maximum of four floors. The price at which the investor put the property up for sale is EUR 150 / square meter.
