Three plots of land with an area of almost 25 hectares of the Chimopar platform in eastern Bucharest were bought by one of the companies owned by the Negoiță family, for EUR 25.6 million. Between 8,000 and 10,000 apartments could be built on Chimopar land, worth more than half a billion euro.
Negoiță’s company requested the dismemberment of the three lots of 24.8 hectares into eight lots with smaller areas, but also their payment within three years, between June 2021 and June 2024.
