Businessmen Dan Pascariu, Adrian Tofan and Matthew Proskine put up for sale a plot of over 38 hectares in Popești-Leordeni. The land is in the process of urbanization and is ready for the construction of a multifunctional residential complex that could include between 8,000 and 10,000 apartments.
The sale price is EUR 100 / sqm. At this price, the land is valued at EUR 38.6 million. If sold at this price, it will become one of the largest land transactions in recent years, along with the trading of the former IMGB industrial platform in southern Bucharest.
