The company Practic SA, owned by the millionaire Radu Dimofte, sells two plots of land in Bucharest and Poiana Brașov, with over EUR 10.6 million.
The developer Hagag will buy the 1,362 sqm land on Primaverii Boulevard in the Capital, at a price of EUR 8 million. The land is open to Charles de Gaulle Square, where One United Properties built One United Charles de Gaulle project.
The second plot of land, which is located near Poiana Brașov, has 27,845 sqm and will be sold to Onix Residence, a company owned by businessman Mohamad Murad, for EUR 2.64 million.
