Catinvest will launch the second office building in Electroputere Park, having a total area of 12,700 sqm out of which 8,300 sqm represents A class offices space, while 4,400 sqm will consist of commercial space.
With this new expansion, the west wing of Electroputere Parc reaches a total capacity of approximately 2,000 employees. The new offices are already rented by companies such as Ubisoft and Operative Media. Overall, the occupancy rate of the offices in the two mixed buildings is over 65%.
Catinvest is currently working on another extension of Electroputere Mall to be completed by March 2022. The extension will bring about 5,500 sqm of retail spaces and 1,000 sqm of outdoor terrace for restaurants.
