Simtel Team bought with EUR 0.8 million an industrial land of 837,866 sqm in Giurgiu, where it is going to develop a large photovoltaic park with a total installed power between 40 and 60 MWp.
The value of such a project would be about EUR 3 million, according to data provided by company representatives. The turnkey construction of the photovoltaic project in Giurgiu is estimated at about EUR 40 million, and the amortization of the investment will take place in five to seven years.
