Imotrust Arad is to buy 3,415 sqm of land in Timisoara for EUR 2,25 million. The land will be used to build a residential project. Imotrust Arad is 74 percent owned by UTA Arad, while Bloc 03 UTA holds 15 percent. The company is focused on residential sales, housing construction and agricultural land.
