Vox Property Group, the developer of the Vox Technology Park offices in Timişoara, has contracted a financing of EUR 19.5 million from CEC Bank, which will be used both to refinance loans related to completed projects – Vox Technology Park and Rivendelle, and to finance projects under development – Vox Vertical Village residential complex.
“2020 was a difficult year for the office segment, we quickly repositioned ourselves and took numerous measures to increase office security, decisions that have generated good results in terms of space rentals.
