Impact Developer & Contractor signed two mortgage loans for real estate investments with Libra Internet Bank S.A., in a total amount of EUR 13.329 million.
One of the contracts has a value of about EUR 8.624 million, and the borrowed funds will be used by the company to build the Greenfield Project, UTR3, Phase 1, respectively 3 blocks (Ug + Gf + 10 F) and a parking lot (Gf + 7 F).
The second credit agreement, for EUR 4.705 million, concerns also the construction of the Greenfield Project, respectively the construction of a Gf + 2F + Technical F office building and an Ug + Gf + 1F shopping center.
