Element Group, founded by real estate investor Ionuț Dumitrescu, bought a new 2.7-hectare plot of land at the entrance to Pitești, in the immediate vicinity of the A1 highway.
“The positioning of the land in the immediate vicinity of the A1 highway, as well as next to an existing commercial hub – Jupiter City, Metro and Arabesque Piteși determined us to add this land in the group’s portfolio, for a future logistical development”, said Ionuț Bordei, CEO, Element Group.
