Fashion House Pallady, the newest outlet developed by the Belgians from Liebrecht & wooD in the east of the Capital, will open on March 25, following a total investment of over EUR 25 mln.
“Despite the difficulties appeared in 2020, we continued the construction works according to the initial plans. There are less than 60 days left until the opening of Fashion House Pallady. The project represents an important investment in Romania and in the local economy and demonstrates our commitment to the growth potential of the local outlet market “, says Brendon O’Reilly, general manager of the Fashion House.
The outlet has reached a 70% rental rate at the moment, the client portfolio comprising brands such as Puma, Killtec, Tom Tailor, Lee Cooper, Triumph, Otter, Sizeer, Ecco, Colin’s or US Polo Assn.
