A new Designer Outlet, established by the KG Group, will be built in Krakow. The investment will be located at Nowohucka Street and will offer 120 stores specialising mainly in fashion. Attached to the new outlet center, will be developed an Atut retail park complete with an entertainment zone and one of the largest fitness clubs in Poland. The construction of the project was planned for the spring 2020 and the facility was sheduled to be opened in autumn 2021. However, this plan failed due to the COVID-19 pandemic and opening of the shopping center will be delayed until the first quartel of 2022.
