Galeria Chelm, the first shopping center in Chelm, developed jointly by Acteeum and Equilis has received the BREEAM Final Stage certificate. The current certification at the VERY GOOD level maintains the previously obtained BREEAM Design Stage VERY GOOD certification. Galeria Chelm on the area of 17,500 sqm offers 55 shopping and service premises and 550 parking spaces. The plot on which the new shopping center was developed is located at the intersection of Lubelska and Rejowiecka streets (constituting also the Chelm beltway), serving as major communication hub of the city. Galeria’s catchment area covers nearly 300,000 residents and the cross-border traffic with Ukraine and Belarus. Galeria Chełm was opened in March 2020.
