The application was received on December 22, the case is pending. The notification concerns the intention to take over control by Terg S.A. over Porea sp.z o.o. and the acquisition of part of the property of Norauto Polska sp.z o.o., according to the announcement.
The capital group to which Terg belongs operates mainly at the retail level of household appliances, electronics and IT. It also carries out limited wholesale of these products. Porea deals with the purchase, sale and development of real estate. Norauto, in turn, sells tires, car spare parts and accessories, as well as provides vehicle repair and maintenance services.
