The real estate investor Mitiska REIM, received financing amounting to EUR 33 mil from Erste Group Bank AG for four retail parks in Romania, representing a gross leased area of 30,500 sqm. Three of the retail parks are located in the cities of Bistrița, Braila and Drobeta-Turnu Severin, and the fourth retail park is a new project under development, located in the city of Baia Mare, which is scheduled to open in the second half of 2021. Funding revenues will be used to provide liquidity to SPV shareholders and to complete development in Baia Mare.
