Target Center retail park in Kecskemet has changed owners according to a press release by VLK Cresa that has represented both parties in the transaction. According to VLK Cresa the 23.500 square meter property was purchased by a Hungarian fund and was previously owned by a private owner. The main tenants of Target Center are Obi, Tesco, DM, KFC and Pepco. According to Gyorgy Losonci, a retail expert for VLK Cresa, one of the reasons for the sale of the property was the economic situation caused by COVID-19.
