EuRoPol Gaz has put a 22,708 sqm investment site in Warsaw on the market. The property is located on Literacka street, on the border of Warsaw’s Bielany and Zoliborz districts. Colliers will oversee the sales process. The deadline for submitting offers is Nov. 16. The property includes four plots of land: Two owned by the company and two in perpetual usufruct. The area has a building permit for an office and service building with a total usable area of 35,000 sqm, which is currently in shell-state (partially enclosed). The Study of Conditions and Directions of Spatial Development of Warsaw allows for the development of a multi-family project on the site.
