The company owns 22 retail properties in Romania with a total area of about 100,000 square meters. Recently, he bought two properties in Bucharest, one in Cluj-Napoca and one in Timisoara, and has three more acquisitions nearing completion. “Recently, we managed to purchase two properties in Bucharest, where My Auchan and Mega Image stores operate, Cluj – My Auchan and Timișoara – Profi. In the near future we will complete three other projects: in Bucharest – Profi and Mega Image, Cluj – Mega Image.
