The supermarket chain Spar has announced it will invest EUR 12.5m to expand its warehouses around Budapest. The logistics base in Üllő will receive an additional 8,000 square meters. The logistics base in Bicske will be expanded by an additional 4,000 square meters, amounting to 40,000 square meters in total. Apart from that the company is purchasing a pallet lifting machine that will be able to handle 4000 pallets per day.
