NEPI Rockcastle has opened Shopping City Targu Mures, following an investment of €70m. This is the 20th shopping center in the company’s local portfolio. Shopping City Targu Mures has a leasable area of 40,000 sqm in 113 stores as well as the food court. The property also offers more than 1,500 parking spaces, an entire floor dedicated to entertainment and an outdoor terrace spreading over 3,000 sqm. The Carrefour hypermarket, part of the shopping center, with an area of 10,000 sqm, opened at the end of last month.
