HSF System SK has completed construction of the ASKO – Nabytek furniture store in Hobby Park Presov in Slovakia. It’s the third project the company has completed as the general contractor in this park within the past two years with a total value of more than CZK 500m. Hobby Park Presov, which also has Hornbach, SIKO Koupelny stores, now covers 80,000 sqm. Construction on the new store began in October 2018 and was completed in June 2020. Chief executive Tomas Kosa says his company was chosen in a tender for all three of the order at the retail park. ASKO – Nabytek opened its 8,000 sqm store at the end of June, marking the German chain’s eigth in Slovakia. “Hobby Park Presov is an exceptional project because of its location and for what it brings for residents of the third largest city in Slovakia. We’re pleased that it won recognition two times by international experts by winning the CIJ Awards 2019 and HOF Awards 2020 as the Best Retail Development,” said Vladimir Jaksa, managing director of the project’s developer Atrios.
