Promenade Novi Sad is the first shopping center in Serbia to receive a certificate of compliance with COVID-19 security measures. The document is issued for shopping centers that have proved they operate in accordance with international health standards to provide a safe shopping experience. The inspections are carried out by experts from the Swedish based Safe Shopping Center (SSC), which carry out such assessments around the world.
The safety measures implemented to ensure a healthy environment for customers and employees are similar in all shopping centers belonging to the NEPI Rockcastle portfolio, including Promenade. The SSC has also issued appropriate certificates to the shopping centers Mega Mall in Bucharest and Bonarka in Poland, which also meet all the requirements.
