Generali Investments is concluding a contract to purchase Ilirika FM AD Skopje through a merger with Generali Investments AD Skopje, a subsidiary of Generali Investments Slovenia. The deal would see its market share in Northern Macedonia to 26 percent. Generali Investments AD Skopje was established in 2008 and manages four investment funds that have тВм31.3m in assets under management. Following the merger with Ilirika FM AD Skopje, the AUM figure will increase to a total of тВм 46m and 3,900 investors. Globally, Generali Investments has тВм630bn in assets under management of which тВм3bn is in CEE countries.
