Aviv Park Zrenjanin has begun operating under the management of the company Big Shopping Centers, following the conclusion earlier this year for the sale of the center. The park will undergo a rebranding process that’s expected to last until the end of the year, after which it will trade under the name BIG.
The 25,000 sqm center is fully-leased to a mix of tenants that includes a supermarket, cinema, a number of cafes and restaurants, fashion chains and sports shops. Key tenants include H&M, C&A, New Yorker, Deichmann, dm-drogerie markt, Dexy, and Sport Vision. Robert Jahav, CEO of BIG Shopping Centers Serbia revealed that its most recent project, Capitol Park Rakovica, will be renamed Big Rakovica on June 28.
