The 29th McDonald’s restaurant in Serbia was opened in Rajiceva shopping center. It’s also the 14th of the American fast-food chain’s restaurants that will use self-service kiosk terminals for ordering. These allow customers to choose and pay for their meals on their own by card or at a special cash register. The chain is trying to shift the view of fast food to a more personalized service by beginning to prepare meals for their customers only after they make their orders, meaning the new restaurant won’t pre-prepare meals to make sales go more quickly.
