NEPI Rockcastle has postponed the opening of Shopping City Targu-Mures until the third quarter due the coronavirus. The shopping center was originally scheduled to open in March. Shopping City Targu-Mures was developed on 12.5 ha and will offer 40,000 sqm of leasable space. The investment is valued at €70m. The company is putting future projects on hold until there is more clarity on what kind of impact Covid-19 will have on its operations.
