Profi has leased 500 sqm at the Central District 4 Elements project, which is currently under development by Forty Management in Bucharest’s Titan neighborhood. The retailer signed a 15-year agreement. In addition to a 1,400 sqm commercial component, Central District 4 Elements will also offer 204 apartments. The project is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of this year.
