Ceetrus Polska is planning to build a mixed-use project called Wilanów Park in Warsaw’s Wilanów district. The investment will go up at the junction of Przyczółkowa, Uprawna and Karuzela streets and Rzeczypospolitej avenue. Once the local authorities approve the zoning plan, Ceetrus Polska intends to consult with residents before announcing a design competition for the scheme. Wilanów Park will include shops, services units, a cinema and a hotel as well as offices and a coworking space.
