KPR, formerly known as Katz Properties, has purchased the Shops at Blue Bell retail center in a $29.35m deal. The property is situated on an 11.54-acre site in the suburban Philadelphia community of Blue Bell. Anchored by a Giant grocery store, the 103,580 sq ft plaza changed hands for just over $283 per sq ft. It is currently 98 percent leased. Tenants include Santander, True Value, IHOP, Supercuts and GNC.
