Peakside Capital and KG Group S.A. are teaming up to develop a new outlet center in Kraków. The two companies initially had wanted to deliver their own outlet center projects. However, due to the city’s competitive retail sector, Peakside and KG Group decided to “create one strong outlet destination for Kraków and bundle our know-how and experience in the market,” explained Krzysztof Gaczorek, chairman of the board of KG Group. Cracovia Outlet will offer 20,000 sqm in 120 shops. The opening is planned for fall 2021.
