Garrison Investment Group has closed on the $23.6m disposition of the Shoppes at Southern Palms. Anchored by Kohl’s and Dick’s Sporting Goods, the 200,888 sq ft shopping center is located in West Palm Beach, Florida. The deal was completed with the new owner, a company tied to Claudio Mekler of Miami Manager LLC, assuming a $18m CMBS note. At the time of the sale the property was fully leased. Marcus & Millichap represented the seller and the buyer in the deal.
