The online grocery store Rohlik is rolling out an automatic locker system that would allow its clients to pick up their orders on the way home from work. Rohlik has been testing the lockers in office buildings in Prague and Brno, but it’s now placing them in shopping centers like Černý Most and Westfield Chodov. Rohlik’s founder Tomáš Čupr said another has been set up at the company’s warehouse in Liboc. “We just finished the pilot program and the service does exactly what we expected of it,” he said. “Compared to the usual Rohlik deliveries, it’s possible to place orders of as little as CZK 100 with no delivery fees.” He said the advantage of the service was that clients wouldn’t have to be in a specific location at a specific time.
