BIG CEE has acquired Capitol Park Rakovica in Belgrade from the UK investor Poseidon Group. The price of the deal was not disclosed. The retail park was completed in 2017 and expanded last year. It now offers 65,000 sqm of retail space and more than 700 parking spots. Over the past two years, BIG CEE has acquired four properties in Serbia. Its portfolio currently totals 130,000 sqm, with properties in Belgrade, Novi Sad, Indjija and Pancevo.
