Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed exclusive commercialization agent for the Bawełnianka shopping center in Bełchatów. The owner of the scheme is Gbb Invest. Bawełnianka is located in the historic part of the city on the site of the former Bełchatowskie Zakłady Przemysłu Bawełnianego cotton mill. The investment offers 23,000 sqm in nearly 100 stores and service outlets, multiple restaurants and a leisure zone with a cinema and a fitness club. Its new investor has decided to expand the shopping center’s leisure component and develop a new offer for families and children.
