Online retailer eMAG has opened an Apple Shop at its Baneasa showroom in Bucharest. This is the fourth Apple Shop eMAG has opened in Romania. The first one was opened at its showroom in Crângaşi in September 2015, following an investment of approximately $1m. The e-retailer’s two other Apple Shops are located in Titan and Cluj-Napoca. The Romanian company was founded in 2001 and has since expanded to Poland, Hungary and Bulgaria. It has plans to start operating in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria, Slovenia and Croatia over the next six years.
