The country manager for IMMOFINANZ Slovakia, Adrian Bodis, will be one of the panelists taking part in the retail panel at CEDES 2019, which takes place on Sept. 12 at the Sheraton Hotel in Bratislava. The panel will explore not just how retail properties are adapting to new shopping patterns in order to remain competitive and viable, but which concepts are having the greatest impact in Bratislava. The question is of critical importance to the Slovak capital, since the already extensive stock of existing shopping center space is set to grow significantly in the near future. Bodis is spearheading change at one of IMMOFINANZ’s key assets in Bratislava, Polus Center, and will give insights into what’s gone into the new strategy of one of the best-known malls in the city.
