Jumbo to expand across Montenegro

The retail chain Jumbo is in the process of opening three new stores in three cities across Montenegro. Last Friday, it opened a new one located in Podgorica, locate within the newly completed Extra Retail center. “We are definitely targeting bigger cities, and in the coming period we plan to open three more such facilities, but it is still early to talk about the details,” claims CEO Toljan Papajorgji. Jumbo is run by the BALFIN Group, which invests in Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania and Serbia and the network. The company claims it will soon expand to Moldova, says. “We are working hard to make JUMBO truly a place for the whole family and we will continue to invest in expanding our brand in the region. Next year, the BALFIN Group will enter the Moldovan market and thus expand the JUMBO network to a total of five countries.” he said.
