SRS Real Estate Partners has hired Jon Florin to serve as first vice president of its national net lease group. Based in the South Florida office, Florin will focus on the disposition and acquisition of net-leased retail investments. He has more than 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry dealing with retail, office, industrial, multifamily, self-storage, and hotel transactions. Florin received his master’s degree in real estate development from the University of Maryland and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Central Florida.
