Poseidon is planning to invest approximately €2m into the development of a new retail park in Krizevci, about 70 km from Zagreb in central Croatia. Capitol Park will cover 4,000 sqm and employ around 50 people. The project will go up in two phases. The first phase is scheduled to open in August and will be anchored by a Spar supermarket. The second phase is set for completion in October. Poseidon Investment Group is planning to open five more retail centers in Croatia. Last week, the company opened a new €10m retail park in eastern Serbia.
