The Group BIG CEE Serbia signed a contract with the Fashion Company for the acquisition of shares in an outlet center in northern Serbia. BIG CEE became the majority owner with 67.5 percent shares in Fashion Outlet Center Indjija. The Fashion Company will keep the remaining 27.5 percent. The deal means that BIG Serbia has four shopping centers with a fifth under construction. BIG Fashion Park is planned as a 108,000 sqm mall, which is to open by the end of 2019. BIG CEE Serbia is a subsidiary of Big Shopping Centers Israel, which manages 58 shopping centers, including 27 in the United States.
