Savills has been appointed property manager of the Tkalnia shopping and entertainment center in Pabianice, central Poland. The 12,000 sqm center is being developed on a site that used to house a former textile factory on Grobelna street. Tenants include Pepco, Smyk, Reserved, Sinsay, Diverse, CCC, Empik, Media Expert and a Helios cinema. The retail offer will be complemented by a nearby Castorama store that is currently under construction. The investment is scheduled to open by the end of the second quarter of this year. The center is owned by a company affiliated with A&A Group, which has already successfully revitalized 18 properties across central Poland.
